All teams may request a 4 m × 4 m tent in the team area. Positions are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each tent includes one table, four chairs and a power outlet. Teams may rent multiple tents, which will be connected to create a larger continuous space.
The team area is located east of the start hill and contains 90 team-tent positions. Positions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking deadline: 25 September 2026. Normal operations run from 09:00 on 9 October to 17:00 on 11 October. Equipment drop-off is permitted 15:00–17:00 on 8 October and 09:00–10:00 on 9 October. Removal may begin 30 minutes after the podium ceremonies, and all tents must be cleared by 20:00 on 11 October.
The rental fee is €590 per tent, excluding service fees and transaction fees. A confirmed reservation cannot be cancelled.
