Reservation services may collect contact name, country/region, email, phone, optional WeChat, ticket type, rider names, UCI ID, category, hotel details, transport itinerary, tent requirements and notes.
Information is used to review eligibility and availability, contact applicants, arrange tickets and wristbands, hotels, transport and tents, reconcile bank transfers, provide customer service, support event safety, finance and dispute handling.
On the production server, reservation records are stored in non-public persistent directories and encrypted at rest. Only authorised staff signed into the protected administration portal may view or export them. The website does not collect banking passwords, verification codes or full card security data.
Only as necessary to deliver services, information may be shared with the organiser, hotels, carriers, venue, security, medical, finance, banks or contracted technical providers. Personal information is not sold.
Unless law, tax, finance, audit or dispute requirements apply, information is retained only as long as necessary to process, fulfil and reconcile the service, then deleted or anonymised.
Contact cycling@qiansen.com to request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, deletion or withdrawal of consent, except where retention is required by law or necessary to perform a confirmed service.
Reservation confirmation, corporate bank details and payment deadlines are sent only from cycling@qiansen.com. Do not provide banking passwords, verification codes or unnecessary complete identity numbers in ordinary forms or email.
